We process personal data that we receive from you, your company, or a partner company within the scope of our contractual obligations for analysis and evaluation purposes. These include:
First and last name of the participant
Company name
Email address of the participant
Completed questionnaire of the participant
Analysis results from the system
Additional information provided during video coaching
Video and audio recordings
Additional data such as gender and position of the participant, as requested through supplementary questions by the client
We also process your input data from the AI-based analysis tool as well as the entirely automated result data (generated through profiling) produced by us or our data processors based on your responses.
We process your data for the following purposes:
To fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1(b) GDPR) towards your employer who has commissioned us to provide the service for its employees, but only if you have given us your consent (Art. 6 para. 1(a) GDPR) for processing.
Who receives my data?
Within our organization, only those departments or employees receive your data who require it to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. Furthermore, our contracted data processors receive your data, provided they require the data to perform their specific services. All employees, data processors, and distribution partners are contractually obligated to treat your data confidentially and to process it solely within the scope of service provision.

Your analysis results are disclosed only to you or to individuals explicitly designated by you as authorized recipients.
Processing in third countries
Your data is generally not processed in third countries lacking an adequate level of data protection as per Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Specifically, our data centers are located within the EU.
How long will my data be stored?
We store your personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation, processing, to termination of a contract) and beyond that according to statutory retention and documentation obligations.
Additionally, the participant has the possibility to irrevocably request the deletion of their data in writing or to perform this deletion directly within the system.
What data protection rights do I have?
You have the right at any time to request information about, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing your stored data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability under the conditions stipulated by data protection law. Your consent can be freely revoked at any time with future effect.

Am I obliged to provide data?
Within the scope of the business relationship, you must provide the personal data required for the initiation and performance of the business relationship, as well as data we are legally obligated to collect. If you do not provide these data, we will generally have to refuse the conclusion of the contract or execution of the order, or terminate an existing contract. However, you are not obliged to consent to the processing of data that are not relevant for the fulfillment of the contract or not legally and/or regulatory required.
